Justin Lemrow Obituary

Justin Craig Lemrow, of Reston, Virginia, passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 46. He was a loving, kind, and generous husband, father, brother, son, and friend to many, whose positive outlook, effort to live life to the fullest, and caring attitude made an impact on all who loved him. Born November 16, 1978, in Providence, Rhode Island, Justin spent the first half of his childhood in upstate New York, in Corning, and then the second half in Columbia, South Carolina. Growing up, Justin was a talented gymnast and saxophone player, who loved spending time with friends and family, being outside, and listening to music and attending concerts. Justin graduated from Spring Valley High School in Columbia, SC, and then from James Madison University, with a degree in Computer Information Systems. He had a successful and varied career in consulting, continuous improvement and customer experience, operations, and systems integration, working at Accenture, Sprint/ Nextel, Contact Solutions, Inc., ComScore, and Mythics. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Mythics and its subsidiaries, where he led efforts modernizing core enterprise systems, facilitating organizational change, and implementing internal continuous improvement initiatives. Justin loved spending time with friends and family and enjoyed traveling internationally and to National Parks with his wife and children, and spending time at the beach with this extended family. Justin was an avid motorcycle rider and loved taking road trips with his fellow riding friends, especially in south in West Virginia, Kentucky, and North Carolina. One of his greatest sources of joy was attending BMW's Tame the Tail of the Dragon event for several years with a beloved group of friends at the Iron Horse Motorcycle Lodge in western North Carolina. He was also passionate about Formula 1 racing, country music, and the many projects he worked on and tinkered with in his garage. Justin will be remembered for his kindness, light, generosity, and thoughtfulness. He was an amazing husband and father. Justin is survived by his wife, Celeste Lemrow; his children, Alexia and Emmett Lemrow; his sister and brother-in-law, Shannon and Shawn Silkensen; his niece and nephews, Anne Frances, George Griffin, and John Joseph Silkensen., and his mother and father-in-law, Karen and Peter Tarricone. He will be deeply missed and always loved. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 11 am, at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 11900 Lawyers Rd, Reston, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mountaineer Food Bank, in Gassaway, WV. (Mountaineer Food Bank) Justin's wife and children are incredibly grateful for all of the support from family and friends they have received; all of the love and kindness has brought light to a very dark time.

Yesterday

Justin was one of the first people I met when I moved into our old neighborhood. I knew we would be good friends. His energy and generosity makes everyone feel welcomed. Our trips together with our other neighbor Randy were epic. Our conversations were real and insightful with a lot of humor. I will miss him deeply.

Justin was one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever met. It was an honor to get to know him and he will be so missed. His passion for life and the love he had for his family and friends was evident in everything he did.
