I was saddened to hear of Julie's illness/passing and hold her dear in memories. We worked together for many years at SC Department of Education. I was with her for the birth of Casey, and regrettably we drifted apart when I changed jobs not long after that. Sending love, thoughts and prayers to her family. May she rest in peace.

Condolences to the Hicks family. I worked with Julie over the years at the Department of Education. She was a pleasure to work with and get to know. She will be missed.
