Jeffrey Numberger Obituary

Jeffrey L. Numberger, 69, of Columbia, South Carolina, passed away April 11, 2024, at NHC Health Lexington, South Carolina. He was born on February 25, 1955, in Fontainebleau, France to the late William and Isabelle (Mulcahy) Numberger. Jeffrey was a 1974 graduate of Spring Valley High School and an avid Carolina Gamecock fan. He was employed at Carolina Coliseum for over 15 wonderful years. Jeffrey was a quiet and gentle soul. He showed kindness and calmness of spirit and was quick to help his neighbors and all those around him. Jeffrey enjoyed daily walks around his neighborhood. Jeffrey will be greatly missed by those he loved, and those especially that loved him. Jeffrey leaves behind his brothers, Joe Numberger (Sandi), Bill Numberger, Jr. (Barbara) and John Numberger; sisters, Jessie Zeman (Mark), Joyce Adams, Jackie Richards (Mike), Jeannie Ridgeway, Joan Baker (Mark) and Jennifer Numberger (Lesley). He also leaves behind many other family members to treasure his memory. He was preceded in death by a brother, James P. Numberger. A Graveside Service will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209, on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 1:00 pm with Pastor Freddy Johnson of Northpoint Community Church officiating.
