Immacolata Dillow Obituary

Immacolata Anela (Lena) Dillow passed away on September 7, 2025. She was born on January 29, 1940. She worked at the Fort Jackson Commissary for almost 30 years and also worked at the Holiday Inn Express on Garners Ferry Road, where she received numerous employee awards before retiring. However, some of her proudest accomplishments were the birth of her children and becoming an American citizen. She was survived by her oldest son, Charles Franklin Dillow, Jr.; fiancée, Jack Armstrong; granddaughters, Amber Resterson, Jennifer Michelle Dillow, Kayla Nicole Dillow; grandson, Christopher Franklin Dillow; 5 great grandsons; 5 great granddaughters; and two great-great twin granddaughters. "Mom" We thought of you today, we thought of you yesterday, and all the days prior too. A limb has fallen from our family tree. We remember good times and the bad. We remember the laughter and the tears, we remember your strength and the good life you lived. We hope as you crossover into heaven, your mind is at ease and your soul at rest. We were truly blessed to have you in our lives. We will miss and remember you always, for the world is a lesser place without you in it!
