Gilbert Weaver Obituary

Gilbert "Wayne" Weaver, 65, passed at his home on July 16, 2025. Wayne was the son of Robert and Sybil Weaver. His favorite hobbies included fishing, his knifes, and aggravating his mama! LOL. His favorite places in the world were a fishing hole somewhere and the mountains of NC. Some of his favorite foods were Chocolate Pudding, Pigs in the Blanket, Nelly's Fried Chicken and KFC mashed potatoes. Wayne loved nothing more than his family, friends and his dogs, Killer and Curly Joe. He was proceeded in death by his wife, Ginnell Weaver, father, Robert Weaver, his grandparents, daughter, Marie Green, Nieces, Melissa Fowler and Miranda Ritch, Nephew, Dakota Hall and his dog, Killer. He leaves behind with much love: his Mama, Sybil Weaver, daughter, Deanna (Steven) Wireman, bonus children, Sandy Frady and Ronnie Woodle, sisters, Patricia (Wade) Dial and Robin (Chad) Hall, grandchildren, nieces, great nieces and nephews, and Curly Joe, his shared dog with his mom. There will be a Celebration of Life from 1:00 - 3:00 PM, on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Pelion Baptist Church, 841 Main St, Pelion, SC.
