David Barfield Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David "BB" Lee Barfield, who entered into eternal rest on August 15, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on October 29, 1965 in Columbia, SC, David was a loving brother, father and grandfather, leaving behind a legacy that will be remembered by his family and friends. David is survived by his wife, Evelyn Barfield, his daughters, Sophia Barfield and Cheryl Culick, and six adoring grandchildren: Christopher, Tyler, Landon, Isabella, Bailey and Michial. He also leaves behind his beloved brothers, Daniel Barfield, Howard Barfield, David Adkins and Matthew Adkins. David was predeceased by his parents, David and Mary Adkins. For many years, David dedicated himself to his career at Magna Signs International, LLC, where he was respected by his colleagues for his work ethnic and friendly demeanor A celebration of David's life will be announced at a future date, where family and friends will gather to share their memories and honor his spirit. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that condolences be expressed in the form of heartfelt memories shared in his honor. David's life touched many, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
