She is survived by her loving sister, Barbara, and brother-in-law Jim Rowe; a niece, Sarah; and a nephew, Jonathon, all of England. Her legacy also lives on through her grandchildren-Alex, Michelle, Shane Nelson, Christy, and another Michelle-and her great-granddaughter, McKenzie. Cynthia will be remembered for her kindness, steadfast faith, and unwavering love for her family. Her gentle presence and encouraging words will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
