Charles Fulmer Obituary

Mr. Charles Samuel Fulmer, 58, of Eastover, died on November 25, 2025. Born on October 12. 1967, he was the son of the late Mr. James Olin Fulmer, Sr. and Mrs. Betty Ruth McCaw Fulmer.

Charles was a devoted member of Mt. Elon Baptist Church, where he diligently served and found great joy singing in the choir as well as helping with yearly Vacation Bible Schools. Charles was known for his generous spirit, truly wanting to help others and always offering a lending hand. A master plumber by trade, Charles often used his skills to support and care for his family through countless projects. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and woodworking in his shop. Most of all, Charles' family was the center of his life and they lovingly called him Tiny and Charlie Boy.

Charles is survived by his loving wife of over 26 years, Lynn Boatwright Fulmer; his mother, Betty Ruth Fulmer; his siblings, James Olin Fulmer, Jr. (Myra) of Eastover, SC, Wanda Beck (Guy) of Eastover, SC, Beauford Fulmer (Lynne) of Acworth, GA, and Martin Fulmer of Eastover, SC; brother-in-law, Lewis Boatwright of Lexington, SC; as well as aunts, uncles, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews; and beloved four-legged companion, Max. He was preceded in death by his father, James Olin Fulmer, Sr.; father-in-law, Vernon Boatwright; mother-in-law, Linda Boatwright; and niece, Amy Hook.

The memorial service to celebrate Charles' life will be held at 12 o'clock on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, at Mt. Elon Baptist Church, 718 Mt. Elon Church Road Hopkins, SC. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church, beginning at 11 o'clock until 12 o'clock. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
