Arthur Franklin Elliott Jr., 59, of Hopkins, South Carolina, was born on June 9, 1966, and passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025.

Frank is survived by his sons, Christopher Isenhoward and Dustin Burr, who will carry forward his memory with love and pride. He is also survived by his daughter-in-law, Haley Finley, three grandsons, Alaric Isenhoward, Sebastian Isenhoward and Daegan Crews, who brought him immense joy and pride. Arthur leaves behind his beloved sisters, Pamela Elliott and Denise Honaker, who will forever cherish their bond with him. He is further survived by his girlfriend, Ingrid Mooe; his stepdaughter, Arreil Mooe; and his grandchildren, Edwin Mooe, Johnathan Bell, and Dustin Bell, all of whom held a special place in his heart.

Those who knew Frank will remember his kindness, strength, and the way he always found time to be there for others. He had a gentle spirit, a warm smile, and a heart that left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Though his time with us was far too short, the love he gave and the memories he created will remain a source of comfort to his family and friends. His life was a gift, and the impact he made will never be forgotten.
