Angela Isler Obituary

Angela Thompson Isler, 71, of Elgin, South Carolina, passed away on February 27, 2026, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital. She was born on March 13, 1954, in Columbia, SC to the late Ray and Iris (Warren) Thompson.

Angela was a kind-hearted soul who was filled with love and laughter. She lived life to the fullest and had a gift for lighting up every room she entered. She loved the Lord deeply and lived her life as a God-fearing woman while maintaining a joyful, free-spirited nature. Angela found great happiness in playing the piano, listening to music, cooking, and spending quality time with her loved ones and her beloved fur babies.

She will be greatly missed here on Earth and lovingly welcomed in Heaven by those who have gone before her.

Angela is survived by her daughter, Jessica Marie Presher; her cherished grandchildren, Kaylie Barnett, Nicholas Mavrikiotis, Joseph Hoff, and Alana Hoff; and her siblings, Rebecca Thompson Haner and Paul Thompson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Iris (Warren) Thompson; her first husband, Robert Harold Presher; her second husband, Mitchell Bradley Isler; her firstborn daughter, Jennifer Presher Mavrikiotis; and her firstborn grandson, Robert Codath Presher.

Funeral services will be held on March 20, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.
