Anne Benjamin Obituary

Anne Benjamin, age 90. A retired physical therapist, singer and sports enthusiast passed away peacefully on Monday, January 5, 2026. She leaves sons Eric and Mark, daughter-in-law Ann (nee Gaertner), grandchildren David Benjamin and Rebecca Palumbo (David); Granddaughters-Juliana and Mary Benjamin; four nieces-Barbara, Pam, Sharon and Holly and one nephew Steven and a host of friends. Anne retired from Parma City Schools after 30 years as a physical therapist. She performed in over 30 productions in community theaters at Clague Playhouse, Beck Center, Huntington Playhouse, Cassidy Theater and Chagrin Valley Little Theatre. She sang with the Blossom Festival chorus and the Cleveland Orchestra, The Hermit Club, Good Company and West Shore Unitarian Universalist Church choir. She traveled the world and was a devoted Cleveland sports fan. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at West Shore Unitarian Universalist Church, 20401 Hilliard Blvd., Rocky River, Ohio 44116 on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 1 PM.
