Agesino and I send our condolences to the Marchetti family upon Gino's passing. He was a great drummer and fllled in with my husband's band "Dynamic Brass." He and Ag were in the Musician"s union together and Ag enjoyed their long talks. He was truly a great teacher from the testimony in the guest book and a wonderful soul. Rest in peace. Gino.

My time with Mr. Marchetti goes back to 1966, the first weeks to what is now known as Wyoming Area. I was nine years old and he was my first instrumental teacher. He inspired many, including myself, to pursue a degree in music. Music was not his job, it was his calling. Always a gentleman and never spoke ill of anyone. A true teacher, mentor and man.
