Zofia Olender Kozak JOHNS ISLAND - Zofia Olender Kozak, 92, of Johns Island, South Carolina, wife of the late Jozef Olender and the late Anthony Kozak passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2015. The family will greet friends at the J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road from 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 30. The Holy Rosary will be prayed at 6:00 pm followed by a Vigil service. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Zofia was born February 28, 1923, in Cieloszka, Poland, daughter of the late Faustyn Olender and Anna Sakowska Olender. She was a home health caregiver and was a survivor of the Polish concentration camps. Her great love in life was taking care of her family. She is survived by her children, Tony, Henry, Frank, Stanley, Manya, and Sophie; her sister in Poland; her fourteen grandchildren; and her seven great-grandchildren.
