Remember

Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

To The Family of My Dear Beloved Brother Xavier,

Words cannot express my sincere condolences and sympathy in the loss of Xavier one who I have grown to love over the years.

He was a good person who always had a smile on his face and was positive no matter when I saw him; the last time I saw him at the Walmart I was going through something I told him & he gave me the feedback that I needed not what I wanted to hear.

I thank God for him & will always remember him as a friend and brother in Christ. I know that you will miss him as much I will but we have to cherish the memories that we have of him & know that he is in a better place no more sickness, no more pain he is with the Lord now and if he could come back he would not.

Our loss is Heaven's gain and he is smiling right now happy to be home with his Heavenly father.

Weeping may endure for a night but job comes in the morning. We have to hold on to God's unchanging hand he will see us through our sorrows.

With warmest regards,
Nancy Button & Family

I am already missing you Uncle Bubby! To my family, let us all be encouraged during this difficult time! He will truly be missed! His smile, his laughter, and the joy he brought to many hearts far and near will never be forgotten. But so importantly let us remember the difference he made in all the lives he touched! He has a way to make you smile like no other! And...no one can cook a pot of lima beans with a side of ostrich like him! May our fondest memories of such a wonderful person keep him near and bring smiles to our hearts! May God keep us all in His perfect peace. I Love You Uncle Bubby!
