You were tgere in my earliest memories and later. You handle Ella Mae better than others with your kind, quiet temperament. You influenced how I viewed the world.

My mother and father, Hayden and Myrtle Lee Johnson, knew Winston for over 40 years, probably more. I, too, remember Winston as a cowboy and have fond memories of him at family events. He was a kind, generous and honest man who would literally give you the shirt off his back. There wasn't a selfish bone in his body. He loved life and he loved people. He will be sorely missed. There is no doubt in my mind or in my heart that this fine man will stand at the foot of God, accepted and loved by the Almighty.
