Willilee Montminy Obituary

Willilee Montminy Goose Creek - Willilee (Lee) Montminy, 90, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, wife of Ray Montminy, entered into eternal rest Friday, May 14, 2021. A private ceremony will be held at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home in North Charleston. SC. Lee is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ray; daughters, Christine Mitchell, Debbie Taylor, both of Goose Creek, SC, and Sheila Barnett of Whittier, California. Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lee was a licensed hairdresser in California, but retired from the Berkeley County school system. Lee had many passions including arts and crafts, and traveled to various locations participation in craft shows. Lee had been active at the Elks and a member of the ladies auxiliary of the Charleston Rifle Club. Lee loved ballroom dancing and traveling. She lived in Bermuda and Naples, Italy. She traveled extensively throughout the United Stares, Europe, Australia, and Africa. Lee was a perfect wife and mother, and will be deeply missed by her family. She will be missed more than words can describe.
