To be absent from the body is to to present with the Lord: When I opened the paper this morning, my eyes were immediately drawn to Eason. I ONLY KNOW ONE WILLIE EASON. I had the pleasure of assisting Mr. Eason everytime he came and got a permit from The City of Charleston. He was so peaceful, calm and a grandfather figure when he came to see me.ALWAYS SMILING.I even met a son he brought with him. It was truly a pleasure to know him. May God keep you and keep looking to the hills. My prayers will be with the family and many friends.

To the Eason Family,
I am sorry to hear of your loss. You know that have I much love for your family and appreciate all that you have done for mine. Ron and Don, you two were like brothers to me. You had words wisdom and an ear to listen when I needed to talk. I know we have chatted much recently but the thought has always been there. I pray that the Lord will continue to lead your family during this time of sorrow. Remember that he makes no mistakes and when something is taken from you by him, he will replace it with another. I love you all and am praying for your comfort.
