Billy, I have a heavy heart this week thinking about how much I miss you. You were always so kind and generous to both my beautiful sister, and my family. I think of you often and the times we spent playing golf and gathering many years for the Masters. These are some of my most cherished memories of you! I look forward to uniting with you someday in the future. You are truly loved and very much missed!

Bill, a dear mentor and friend I miss him dearly. He would often come by office just to talk. We shared many laughs together. He was an exceptional researcher to technical community and nation.
