Father God, Thank You for always being there no matter what trials and tribulations we may face. You never fail, even in the most intense trials. We may not always understand why we go through certain things; but we know You are a steady hand that never leaves us. You are God and You are in control and You require only that we trust in You. Please remove all the sorrow and grief Michael is feeling and heal is pain and give him peace that his father is in Your loving hands. I ask this in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
