I was so saddened to hear that Billy had left us. I loved his smile, and his unfailing cheerful attitude. He was so special. I am sure he is having a wonderful time in heaven, visiting with all the other bowling buddies we have lost in the last few years. Rest in Peace, Bill, and Rise in Glory. Maggie Attaya

I will miss Bill and his wonderful stories very much. While I was an employee at Franke at Seaside, Bill and his beautiful wife were always a pleasure to talk to and even more enjoyable was listening to all of Bill's great stories, and hearing about the adventures they had together. God bless the entire Rhodes family at this time of sorrow.

I have no words...just absolutely wonderful memories of Billy cruisin' along in that big, old station wagon with the wood paneling down the side. I love Lu like a Mom - and I am grateful to the entire Rhodes family for sharing their love, support and friendship with me over the years! God be with you today, and the days to come!

I always loved the "twinkle in his eyes" and his wonderful laugh and smile. I know he is having a great time with Daddy. I will miss Uncle Billy. Love to all of you. Kathy
