Bill will be sorely missed by me personally--he remained cheerful and chipper despite many issues with his hips and legs that kept him from getting around as much as he needed to. I especially appreciated his help with the Unitarian Church sound system when there was no one else either willing or able to step up to the difficult and complicated task, which he so happily accepted.

He lived life the way he liked as we all wish we could. He will be sorely missed.

What would we have done at the church without Bill the last few years! He was a treasure - one of those quiet people who simply see what has to be done and do it. We miss him.

Mr. Bill had such a positive impact on the children as a volunteer in the Kaleidoscope after school program. We are all deeply saddened and he will be missed dearly.

Bill was a wonderful person. He was sweet, charming and sincere. I liked him so much. I am really going to miss him.

We have only known Bill for the past few years as members of the Unitarian Church and also the Olde Pipes Consort recorder ensemble. We lived near him on James Island and shared rides to a number of events. He was a talented recorder player and an interesting person. We will miss him. Our condolences to his family.
