To the family,I am so sorry for your loss.I did not know Billy very long but I do know that he made my sister and Kelly happy,he was a good person and he took care of them,he will be missed alot.My thoughts and prayers are with you all.Lynn Spradley,Frances(Binky,s)sister.

My prayers and thoughts are with all of the family as we mourn the loss of yet another loved one to such an untimely death. As a small child I remember playing with an Army monster truck Uncle Billy had given me as a Christmas gift. We played with it for hours, bumping into everything and anything along the way, driving everyone in its path CRAZY. I recall Grandmother threatening to throw it in the trash if we did not stop wreaking havoc, to which Uncle Billy preceded to hide it for future excursions. He was a good man who was taken before his time. To Daddy and Aunt Pat...know that I love you and my thoughts are constantly with you through these difficult times. Please tell Grandma I love her and hope to see her soon.
