Bill was a devoted/provider father to his daughter Courtney McGowan who is predeceased and as they say "through thick and thin". He was a true Charlestonian and had a great sense of humor and always stories to tell. He will be missed by all who knew him and may he rest in peace.....Patty

Bill was a special part of the FSI Family. We are sad to say goodby to a unique southern gentleman who we all enjoyed talking to and hearing his stories. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family for your loss.
