William J. Huggins GOOSE CREEK - Mr. William John Huggins, 75, of Goose Creek, SC, departed this life on Sunday, December 22, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Laura M. Huggins; children, Terry Dean Huggins and Debril Huggins; adopted children, Dwight Huggins and his wife, Patricia; his siblings, Walter Huggins (Patricia) and Lindy Lowe along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sympathetic friends, whom he loved dearly.
