I know that it's been a month since Billy passed, but I'm sure the memories are very fresh. I pray that your memories are starting to bring comfort.

Betty Ann and family, So sorry to hear of Billy's passing. I feel like I have known him forever! We were all children growing up on John's Island in the good ole days. I have seen him several times in recent years at Roper. He was a fine gentleman. Always smiling, and so pleasant. And laughing. He will truly be missed. May God give all of you a "Peace that passes understanding". And a favorite quote : With God behind us and His arms beneath us, we can face
whatever lies before us.
Sincerely, Carolyn Hayes Slay

Billy was a treasured friend. Just last week I was reading a sweet note he wrote in my yearbook. For many of our high school years, he, Marie, and I were like the Three Musketeers.
He was a truly good man, and he will be missed by many.

Sending prayers of peace in your hearts. I was blessed to be a small part of his family in our teenage years. His half brother Al Tucker was married to my sister. The Hilton´s are a great family. Great memories was JIHS Senior Prom. He didn´t have a special girl to ask so he ask me. We had a great time and got to know each other.
