Peace and prayers be with the family! I was blessed to work with Bill at the SC Employment Security Commission on Lockwood Drive downtown and then on Hanahan Road in North Charleston from 1999 to 2006.
He was always doing what he could to assist the Veteran customers with finding a job or helping them with supportive services in the Charleston area.
I always admired his service to his country and then his assistance to those who had served and /or needed help in finding jobs after they had got out of the service.
