William Gilliard Obituary
GILLIARD, II, William The relatives and friends of Mr. William Gilliard, II and those of his wife, the late Mrs. Ernestine Brown Gilliard and those of his children, Mr. William Gilliard, III (Elvira), Mr. Gerald Gilliard, and Ms. Wilhelmena Simmons; those of his grandchildren, his sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Williams of Providence, RI, Mrs. Rosa Pinckney of Philadelphia, PA and Mrs. Isadora G. Richardson of Charleston, SC; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral services on Thursday, April 13, 2006 at 1 p.m. at St. James AME Church, 2592 Bryan Dairy Road, John's Island, SC. Rev. William Polite, officiating. Interment will be at St. James AME Church Cemetery. Remains will lie in state at the church on Thursday from 12 Noon until the hour of service. Family will be receiving friends this evening (Wednesday) from 7 - 8 p.m. at St. James AME Church.
