Bill Fraser was a very intelligent and wise man, who shared his wisdom with all of us, who knew him at Covenant Towers. He loved life and his family and was very well respected by all who knew him. He and "Miss" Louise were favorites of mine and saw them every day they were there. I met some of the family when you visited them, as I was at the Front Desk. I miss them very much and have the highest regard and love for them. Sue Butts
