We value the relationship with Dr. Fairey - both the professional one with Dr. Forrester and the one with our two families. May God be with you and let you know how grateful everyone is for Bill's contribution to the well-being of so many. With love and gratefulness. The Jim Forrester family.

I was one of 3 female classmates of Bill in medical school. He was always courteous and a gentleman around us. The entire class admired him for all he had accomplished prior to entering medical school and that he followed his dreams despite being almost 10 years older than the rest of us. He accomplished even more after graduation. I had looked forward to seeing him at our mini reunion last March which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the pandemic.
My sincerest condolences to his family and friends.

Bill and I were lab dissecting partners during freshman medical school. He was affectionally known as "the grand old man of medicine" being a few years older and already having accomplished prior to med school more than most of us would during our entire lives. Bill was highly esteemed by us all as honorable, genuine, helpful, and spiritual. He will be greatly missed. Jim Folk M.D.
