Billy (William) was my cousin. Since I am a resident in Fl. we didn't get to visit often, but we did stay in contact via the telphone.. My heart hurts but I know he is finally at rest with His Mother, His Dad, His Brothers, Johhny and Terry, and his precious Daughter. I offer prayers and love to his Son and Family.. I will always have a special place and love in my heart for him. Cousin Diane
