Will Nettles Obituary

In memory of my loving step-son Will. You brought me great joy, laughter and tears. We never shared enough time together but what little time, was well spent. My words will fall short of the feelings in my heart. Thank you for all you have etched in my life. Save me a spot by the river Jordan and we will rest, sing and fish forever. Your loving step dad.

WE WERE SO SORRY TO HEAR OF YOUR LOSS. MAY GOD WRAP HIS LOVING ARMS AROUND YOU AND HOLD YOU DURING THIS TIME AND THE SAD DAYS AHEAD. WE DON'T KNOW WHY THESE THINGS HAPPEN, THEY JUST DO. GOD NEEDED A SPECIAL ANGEL. OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ALL.

I am originally from Walterboro and I heard about Your loss. I just want to let you know that you are all in my thoughts & prayers. I pray that God will comfort you all and give you strength during this time in sorrow. Please know that he has not gone far, because your love and memories will always keep him alive and he will be with you all in spirit. With each every passing day, you all will see & feel little signs of his presence. Thats when you'll know that your angel is always there with each and every one of you. Will was my best friend. I truely did love this kid. He's the best friend anyone could ever ask for. And it's hard to beleive that someone filled with such life could be gone so fast. I wish I could be at the funeral but I'm stuck in Colorado. I send my love to Will's family. I love you all. I miss you Will. I really do. I love you lil guy. Always and forever.

My son was one of "Weemans" friends who met every Sunday at the rec center . He was a kind, fun young man who will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. My deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

Will was a great friend and was always there to hug me when I needed it and make me smile. I'll miss this kid so much. The day of his accident was a sad sad day in Walterboro and personally a day I'll never forget. R.I.P Little buddy I love you you're forever in my heart. My condolences go out to the family.

Tommy & Lin - We are deeply sorry for your loss. Know that you are in our hearts and prayers. We will miss Will and his bright smile and how much we enjoyed his visit last August.

What a shock when I came back to work today! I have heard about Trey
since he was little. It is hard to believe that he is all grown up.
My heart is aching for you and your
family. Just know that I will be offering up prayers for you and your
family. When the burden is too heavy God is always there to help.

You were truely a grate friend and always made me laugh, even when i didnt want to. you always made me smile. its terrable that your life was cut soo short. we will miss you dearly. say hi to my uncle jojo for me will ya?

Even though we were not great friends. You were truly an amazing person to be around. No matter where we were and what we were doing, you always made everyone smile. Now you're gone and I can only remember the great times we shared....Waffle House at 9:00 in the morning before we had to go to school, will be a memory i will cherish as long as i live. To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Uncle Tom & Aunt Linda~Though we cannot be there with you, we are thinking of you & praying for you & your family. What a terrible tragedy.

I will always miss your loving smile with a great attitude and a loving cheer. You were not only my brother, but a person that I looked up to and now you are in a better place raising above to watch over us.

As Wendell said Sunday, all the words you need are written in RED. I love you all and I will pray for each of you. It is the only thing that will get you through this. I am so happy I got to see Trey 2 weeks ago. He had grown so tall. He will be missed greatly, but I like to think James is showing him around the Streets of Gold.

I am so sorry to hear of your tragic loss. My daughter, Jessica went to school with Will and truly thought alot of him. She often talked about how smart & funny he was. He will be missed by many.
