To the Middleton and Weston Family, please accept my family condolences on the passing of your son/brother/father/relative . It was an honor to have known such a great person and we will truly miss him. Not only did I have the honor to grow up with Wendell but we bumped into one another when we both were stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma together (imagine that). Wendell was always compassionate towards how to make a situation and/or people better; so Wendell working as a humanitarian in his adult years wasn't a far stretch because Wendell was making his friends on the Eastside work out their difference and remain friendly at an early age.
To the family, May God embrace you in comfort during this difficult time.
May Wendell's soul rest in peace, I firmly believe that God will accept him with open arms for all the good he has done while he was on this earth.
