So sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. I knew Wayne when we were kids. He worked in his Dad's Piggly Wiggly on Dorchester Road, (Charleston Heights at that time).
I used to collect and take drink to his store and got 2 cents per bottle at their store office. All the Poplins worked there at one time or another. My thoughts and prayers to all of the Poplin family.

I am so very sorry to learn about Wayne. He was such a beautiful person, such a great teacher & coach & full of so many stories both educational & funny. His sense of humor was second to none. I believe he taught me much of what I knew about real estate. He will be missed by so many. My heart & prayers are with you & your family.
