Wanda Parker Obituary

Wanda Wyatt Parker Summerville - Wanda Wyatt Parker, 82, passed away to the arms of Jesus Christ on April 13, 2021. She was born on August 4, 1938 in Monroe, Louisiana to Steve Wyatt, Sr. and Irma Russ McLeod Wyatt. She married Jack Edward Parker on August 19, 1958 in Monroe, LA. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and was thrilled to welcome her great-grandson, Henry William Parker, on November 23, 2020. She was a resident of Mount Pleasant, SC for over 41 years and had been an office manager for several firms in the area. Wanda was an avid reader, a fast learner with a quick sense of humor and an insatiable curiosity for the world. Wanda deeply loved her family and the Lord in all she did. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Jack Edward Parker of Summerville, SC; her son, Jack Edward Parker, Jr. and his wife, Patty of Birmingham, AL; grandson, Alexander Wyatt Parker, his wife, Emily, and great-grandson, Henry William Parker all of Barrington, RI; younger brother, Eddie W. Wyatt and his wife, Wynona of Gallatin, TN. She is predeceased by her older brother, Steve Wyatt, Jr. A private chapel service will be held. Friends are invited to attend the committal service at the mausoleum Monday, April 19, 2021 in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Road at 11:30 am. Arrangements by J.
