I just wanted to extend my deepest sympathy to you and family. Thank you and your church family for all that you did for us in the loss of my mother. May God bless you all. (I am Sis.G. E. Lee's nephew, Anthony Hernandez).

Dear Elder and Sister Jackson, I know that Van wrote a note on our behalf, but I wanted to personally write to you, especially since I did not come to the funeral. I have not gone through what you are right now, but my heart and prayers go out to you. It must be very difficult. I pray that "the God of all comfort" will bless and keep you, now and always.
