Vivian Ruth Miller

Mount Pleasant - Vivian Ruth Miller, age 62, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, passed away on February 27, 2026. She was born September 1, 1963 in Tarboro, North Carolina. She grew up in Oak Ridge, North Carolina. She lived in the Low Country for many years, achieving a paralegal degree at Trident Technical College. She loved plants, music, and movies. She was fiercely inspired by the women in her life. She will be remembered for her gentleness, kindness, and generosity.

She is survived by her daughter, Savannah N. Miller; her sisters, Caroline Escobar and Kimberly Lee; her brother, Todd Parker; and many other family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Perry Miller Jr. She will be dearly missed.

A private memorial will take place at a later time.
