Virginia Shingler Robb CHARLESTON - Virginia Shingler Robb, 91, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Charles Alexander Robb entered into eternal rest Sunday, September 16, 2012. A graveside service will be held Friday, September 21, 2012 in Magnolia Cemetery at 11am. Virginia was born April 16, 1921 in Charleston, South Carolina, the daughter of Harry I. Shingler and Marie Walker Shingler. She attended St. James Episcopal Church. She is survived by her daughter Frances W. Robb (Suzanne) of Philadelphia, PA.. She is also survived by her longtime caregiver and companion Pastor Eliza Green who brought great joy to her life.
