Carole: I was terribly upset to learn just today that your mother had passed away. I have wonderful memories of times spent at your home when we were growing up and what a wonderful hostess Miss Vic was and what a great cook! She will be missed by everyone that knew her. It is my prayer that memories of happier times will sustain you in the coming months. With lots of love,

Dear Roger, Linda, Carole, Hugh and children,
Charles and Sally Evitt called me today to let me know about your mother. What a wonderful person she was. She is one of the few people I can never recall hearing say an unkind word about anyone. She was an example of a true Christian witness. She will always hold a special place in my memories and my heart.
I know that you all feel sad today but what a wonderful time of the year for her to go home to be with the Lord. My prayers are with you.

We are sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. She was a great inspiration to young people. We cannot be with you folks for the service because our family is arriving tonight and tomorrow. We will remember your Mom in our prayers this Easter Weekend.
