verdelis, i wake up each morning since this tragedy happened thinking about you. wishing the last time i saw you wasn't the last time. you taught me so much and i always told you this. that's why we remained friends throughout the years. people that did not know you missed out on knowing a young man with a old soul. you were a comforter, you were at one point in life my everything a friend more than anything. i don't think i can say goodbye or accept these circumstances. ms.janet my heart goes out to you, you raised a wonderful son. there will never be anyone like him you may cry but i pray god heals your entire family's hearts. Turning on the radio this morning to hear about your passing is something i never thought to experience. I remember hearing about your wedding and thinking you go boy! : ) To Mrs. Regina Gillard, your husband was truely a good man at heart, and very rare to come by. The world needs more like him. You dont know me but you and your family will always be in my prayers.

Verdelis, it is your time to rest and be with the almighty God. Thoughts and prayers are with your family. I haven't seen you since Middleton High School but I pray that God enfolds your family during this difficult time and he helps them heal with the passage of time. Although it’s difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort their tomorrow.
