Jimmie and Donna,
I don't believe I ever met you but Vera was a cousin of mine and my husband and I had planned to visit her on October 23rd when we were planning on coming to the lowcountry from Charlotte. She was such a good friend to my mother, Sue Ritter Crosby, and such a nice lady. I regret that we won't be able to attend the funeral but you will be in our thoughts and prayers.

I visited your family place many times as a child when your mother and father were alive. We were distant relatives, you're mother's sister was my grandmother. I hope you have found your reward in heaven and all the earth bound family to find peace in your passing.
