Bro. Tyrone Comfort will forever be remembered by The Church House Family-Ladson. We really enjoyed his zealous spirit, his love for music and singing and love for the Lord. How can I forget his ability to dress sharp every Sunday, never seen him in the same suit twice. May his soul rest in peace and may his loved ones find peace and comfort in the days ahead. I'll close with one of his favorite songs, "There's a Lily in the valley, bright as the morning star.. Amen, Amen, Amen"

Shocked and saddened to hear of his untimely passing. I worked with Tyrone at Ashley Furniture and he was always so professional, always had a big smile and a joke, and was the best dressed man on the staff. He used to give anyone that needed it the best chiropractic "back crack" in town. Condolences to his close friends and family.

Brother Tyrone we will miss your beautiful spirit, smile, and voice. Our family will continue to lift yours in prayer.

My prayers are with you Comfort family. I met Tyrone when we worked at JCPennies together. He was a fun and kind man who loved his music. Many people were blessed through the songs he sung at Church House Ministries. He made sure we were always in tune no matter how long the rehearsal. Tyrone made a deep impact in my life. Get some rest for those tired feet Tyrone. Heaven has gained an amazing tenor.

WOW!!word can't express. my sympathy goes out to the family. Just saw him on Mother's Day at Church and he insisted, we take pictures with his phone because we have not seen each other in years, Tyrone was stll the same person I remembered , jovial, silly, happy and it was nice seeing him and of course he was smiling as usual. Comfort family stay encouraged and me and my family will continue to pray for peace during this time

Words cannot express the remorse and sorrow my heart feels receiving words of my classmate, my church brother, and my friend passing. I've shared many wonderful memories with Tyrone (full with songs and laughter) of which I have never forgotten. His presence to me, was like a ray of sunshine, it illuminated everything in its midst. He will truly be missed on this side but I earnestly believe my brother is now resting in the arms of Jesus and we will meet again. To Tyrone's family, I send my regards and prayers for your strength during this time.

To the Comfort family: May you find comfort in knowing that Tyrone is now in a better place. He is teaching someone how to dress!! He will be missed. God knows best, sleep on and take your rest.

My thoughts and prayers are with The Family. I was shocked to learn of Tyrone's passing. We attended Burke High School and Attended Abundant Life AME Zion Church. There was never a dull moment in class because everybody knew Ty was a comedian. He loved to sing in the choir. Last time I saw him was working at Ashely furniture and he was always cracking jokes then.He knew how to make you laugh. Gonna miss my Friend but I Know God needed you most. SIP Tee till we meet again.
