Speedy Tyler...He would fly past my classroom with flashing lights every day on his way to the bus when he was at River Oaks. Biggest grin on his face. I think he will always be remembered for flying through the hallways of schools with his flashing wheels.
My prayers are with you and your family.

Although I did not know Tyler personally.. I have had the opportunity of running into him in the hallway at Ashley Ridge and saying hi.. I could tell that he was a great guy by the sound of his laughter in the cafe.. We should rejoice in his going home to the Lord even though he has left us.. We will all see him soon..

I remember many times having to ask Tyler to slow down as he would be flying through the halls of River Oaks Middle School with his l.e.d. wheels a streak. He would pass just grinning.
Who needs wheels when you've got wings.
Tyler was, and is an inspiration to me and I pray his friends and family focus on the wonderful memories he blessed us with.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Tyler was such a joy to have in English class. I taught him during his freshman year at the Fort. I moved over to teach at Ashley Ridge this year and ran into him one day. We were both surprised to see each other and we talked and caught up for a few minutes. I saw him in the halls every so often and he always had a smile and a hello for me. I will miss him. May the Lord give you comfort and peace during this time. Rhonda Overbeeke
