To the Warren Family:

Words can't express the love and respect we had for Mr. Phil. Growing up on George Legare Projects Mr. Phil was the neighborhood dad. Every young-man on the block was his son and we will forever be grateful for his presence and love. He spent so much time with all the boys on the block that grew up in a single-parent home. My brothers and I have such fond memories of the Warren family. Thanks for sharing your dad with us. We love you all. Please give your mother our love.

The Richardson Family,
Merle (rocky), Troy, Cleon (perry), Pam and our mother Miss Sylvia-jean...

So sorry to hear of Mr Warren's passing. I have known him since the early 80's through the bank that I work for and saw him with his dear wife in bilo's in just the past year. He was always so proud of all of his boys and loved his wife with all his heart. May you find peace in comfort during this trying time in your found memories.
