I was so sad to hear about Tony. I used to call on him for advertising when he worked at the Plantation. He was a big sweet bear- I am sorry for your loss.

My thoughts and my prayers are with Tony's entire network of friends and family! May God hold you All in His hands and give you comfort.

Just got back to find this sad news. Just telling my boys was hard. We didn't even know Mr. Page that well, but he always gave me a smile at the counter. I'm lucky to have tried his secret toasted pecans at Christmas. My heart goes out to your family and those folks at Okra Grill who make me feel so welcome each and every encounter.

Please know all of you are in our prayers with Tony's passing. Memories of him will be many. Ashleigh, Chase and all of the Family may God be with you at this sad time.

Chase and family, I was certainly saddened to learn of the passing of your Father. I started coming to Page's about two years ago, met you and then Tony and you may me feel at home. From that point forward we would rarely miss being there at least once a week end. We'll certainly continue our tradition, and we'll certainly miss your father's smile.

I knew Mr. Page through his son, Chase.
The apple does not fall far from the tree. Chase is a reflection of his father. All of the great qualities of Tony Chase live on in his wonderful son, Chase. My prayers are with the Page family.

I've known your family for so long,and Tony's passing so suddenly is such a shock. Prayers and hugs to the whole family.I'm sure Tony is spreading smiles and love in heaven just as he did here on Earth. Sending Angels your way to comfort ya'll and help the whole family in this sorrowful time.

Words do not come easily. Lisa and Robert and I were taken aback by Tony,s sudden loss. You know how we feel about the Page family. It is like losing one of our own. Just learned of Tony's passing. He was a wonderful and sweet man, and we so enjoyed seeing and talking with him whenever we visited The Okra Grill. We will deeply miss his warm smile each and every time we saw him. Our thoughts and prayers to the family. He is gone, but will never be forgotten.

Tony... what a strong intelligent man.I will miss you and your funny looks that you give the way you walk into the restaurant calling all the names of your employees. Lol..nothing like chocolate turtle to start the day.what a dad you was bringing flowers to show your love to your daughter's. And watching the father and son talk on the patio with your son chase.I know I was just an employee and the restaurant
But you made me feel like one of yours.I know you made of left us here but a part of you will always be in my heart...and in many who you have touched also. Lol.. and tony when you see that light remember what at I told u..you owe me one.God blessed you.. amen

So sorry to hear about Tony's passing, I went to school with him and he was a great person all of you are in my prayers and thoughts.

Tony,s smile and and warm hearted nature will surly be missed by all of us. I know that I speak for all of the Hindman,s in saying that part of our family is missing. But I think that Tony made everyone feel like that. We all loved him , as did our Mom and Dad while they were alive.
My heart goes out to Mike and Linda. And all of the children and grandchildren.

When we came back to Charleston several years ago to make it our permanent home, we fell in love with the Okra Grill and your family. We've felt so welcome at the old place and at the new place. We saw Tony just a couple days ago laughing with some old timers at the community table and it made me smile. We are saddened by your loss and feel the loss as well. Peace be with you in this time of darkness and know that he's become part of something much bigger than we can comprehend.

I was sorry to hear about Tony's unexpected passing. We went to school together(Old Wando) and played basketball together. Tony was laid back and always friendly, but played his heart out on the basketball court. The few times I got to see Tony over the years, he always remained a very friendly and likable gentleman. I am sure I speak on behalf of his many "old Wando High School friends" , he will be missed. God Bless his family and may he rest in peace.
