Tommy Boals Obituary

My wife, Connie and I, have known Tommy for many years. I would see him a lot while I was working at Royall Ace Hardware. He would always sail through the doors, yell out my nick name, "J.R"!! Tommy would always brighten up a room when he arrived. He will be missed by family all who knew him.
We last saw Tommy last August 30th while standing in line for our Covid Booster shots in North Charleston. Can't believe he's gone. R.I.P. Tommy, we loved you.

Boals Farm will never be the same. Tommy was a good steward of his father's farm.

You have our deepest sympathies in your loss.
I thought a lot of Tommy and always enjoyed his company. He was one fine human being.

So sorry to hear of Tommy's death. He helped us out so much after Hugo. Our thoughts are with you and your family, Karen.

So saddened by the news of Tommy's passing. He was a kind, thoughtful man. Every Friday he would bring everyone's favorite candy bar to the banking center where I worked! He didn't miss a Friday! Wonderful memories! Rest in peace!

Tommy was a dear friend and will be sorely missed. Always a smile and upbeat for everyone. May he rest in God's arms and may we meet again someday on the other side.

Regret I was Unable Tonight to go to Your Visitation; and Unable to attend Your Funeral Tomorrow. But, There with You all "In Spirit."

Did You have ANY Idea How MANY Tears would Fall on Your Behalf, and that of Your Family, when the News got around of Your Passing away ?

Thank You for all Your Years of Friendship, the Jokes, we'd tell each other; the Many Laughs about Life in General; and Memories of Years gone by with all of us knowing each other.

Our heartfelt condolences to the Boals family in this time of such immense sorrow. What a larger-than-life life Tommy led! He was at the front of the line when God handed out personalities... We feel honored to be one of the many he told not to park on his grass.

Tommy was part of the fabric of Mount Pleasant for me, whenever I would see him on Shem Creek or around town he was a reminder that I was home and part of the family of Mount Pleasant. I will miss seeing him around town and our Mount Pleasant family will seem a little empty without him. Love and healing to all of his family and friends.

I just want to say I had the privilege of meeting Tommy many years ago. A fine man and gentleman. Condolences to the family. Rest In Peace.

Such a sweet family. I've driven by Boals Farms for many years. Such a beautiful place. Always think of Heaven there. Now, I know its true because God will have him watching out for his Heaven on Earth.

My son and daughter-in-law were married there. I was so happy to hear they picked the "Heaven" in Boals Farm. He and his family make you feel like you are part of them. Hope it stays exactly as he left it.

I first met Tommy over 40 years ago when I first returned to Mt Pleasant,
and he has remained a friend and loyal customer since that time.
He will be missed by all who knew him.

I was so saddened to hear about Tommy. He was such a special man and will be truly missed. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Hate to hear of Tommy´s passing. He was a fixture of Mt. Pleasant. Deepest condolences from the Ward family to the entire Boals family.

Elvis has left earth. Tommy and I worked at Lows Exxon from 1970-1976, we had fun and cut fool all the time. Our favorite saying was damnnnnnnnnnnnn. He was a salesman and a funny guy. Life was good!

So very sorry to hear that Tommy has passed. First met him at Taylor’s Texaco about 50 years ago. Talked with him at Blue’s and he did a fair amount of tree work for me. I will miss him.
