Todd Kermit Peterson Charleston - Todd Kermit Peterson, 54, entered into eternal rest on December 6, 2022. Todd was born August 8, 1968, in Summit, NJ, where he spent the first half of his life before relocating to the metro Atlanta area and ultimately, Charleston, SC. A sports fanatic, Todd had a passion for baseball. He loved reading books about baseball and dreamed of being a journalist. A dream briefly fulfilled, Todd became the Sports Editor of his college newspaper, The Stroud Courier, while attending East Stroudsburg University. His passion for writing transitioned to being a sports trivia buff during his adult life. Todd could often be found at baseball stadiums across the country, but his favorite place was cheering for the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park and spending time with family (usually watching the game of the week). Todd's smile, laughter, and gentle demeanor will be missed by those who loved Todd. He is survived by his mother, Jane Peterson; brother, Andrew Peterson; grandmother, Ruth Artiglere; sister-in-law, Jennifer Peterson and nieces, Emma and Phoebe.
