Tito Rodela Obituary

TITO E. RODELA Tito E. Rodela, Sr., age 77, of Rio Rancho, NM and formally of Santa Fe, NM went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 26, 2014, he was surrounded by his children. Tito will be greatly missed by so many, but will be forever in our hearts. He was preceded in death by his parents Pedro Rodela and Margret E. Martinez; his beloved wife of 37 years Clory Rodela, brother-in-law Jack Slape and second wife Angie Acuna-Rodela. Mr. Rodela was born May 28, 1937 in Tierra Amarilla, New Mexico. Worked in retail for 32 years and then retired. He is survived by his children, Tito E. Rodela, Jr., wife Vicki, Bernadette Rodriguez, husband Mark, Pamela Rodela-Tapia, husband George, Vivian Rodela-Slagoske, husband Steve, Ron Rodela, wife Debbie, Monica Brewer and husband Mike. Sister, Helen Slape of Martinez California. Eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, also many nieces, nephews and Godchildren. A rosary will be recited at 8:30 a.m. on October 2nd, 2014 with a mass of Christian burial to follow at 9 :00 a.m. at Santa Maria De La Paz. Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens. Special thanks to Mark & Bernadette Rodriguez, Saul Rosales and Eddie Leyba for caring for Tito during his illness. Also, PMS Hospice, nurse P.J. and Bea and their staff. Dr. David Gonzales and Dr. Douglas Egli and Father Daniel for their dedicated service. Pallbearers: Ian Rodela and Joshua Garcia.
