Timothy Lloyd Obituary

Timothy Michael Lloyd Summerville - Timothy "Tim" Michael Lloyd, 61, of Summerville, husband of Carol Anne Lloyd, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Summerville Medical Center. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Monday, December 31, 2018 from 12 o'clock to 2 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 2 o'clock. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to SC Troopers Association, 4961 Broad River Rd., Columbia, SC 29212 or SC Aquarium, 100 Aquarium Wharf, Charleston, SC 29401. Tim was born on September 11, 1957 in Norfolk, VA, son of the late William M. and Mary Ellen Lloyd. He retired as a Lieutenant with the SC Highway Patrol. He enjoyed fishing and helping people. Most of all he enjoyed going to the Aquarium with his granddaughter. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Carol, his daughters, Michelle Anne Lloyd Pierce (Joshua) of Moncks Corner and Shauna Eileen Lloyd of Ladson; his granddaughter, Ainsley Nicole Lloyd-Pierce of Moncks Corner; his brother, Bill Lloyd (Kathy) of St. Marys, GA.
