Pammy, Here is a Word, as recorded in 1st Corinthians Chapter 15:51-57:
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Because Timothy was saved he has the victory! May you continue to find comfort in God's Word.
Your cousin,
Donnia (Dawn) Richardson

To my Aunt Pam, Ashley, T.J. and Trey. Once again I want you to know I am here for all of you. We lost a great man, then again I won't say lost.I will say we have another great memory to cherish. Uncle Timmy, Putty, Knotty etc... was a GREAT MAN. He was a father, brother and even a role model to a lot of young men even women in the community. He will be missed and never ever ever forgotten. Aunt Pam you know the Lord so I don't have to tell you pray and know that everything will be alright. But I will remind you!! Love your niece Sanchee "Nancy Reagan" and Jason Campbell

Pammy and the Grant family, Timmy will be missed by everyone that he has ever encountered in his life time. He was such a honest loving person to know. From coaching the kids on the field and, in everyday life . we all will have an empty place in our hearts when ever we think about Timmy. Ashley and T.J. your father was their for you no matter what sport you played or what ever you had going on. Keep his spirit alive and dwell on all the positive things in life that he has instilled in you. Timmy was a well liked person and he catered to all that knew him, if you needed a T-Shirt , Timmy was their for you and will give you extra's and say don't worry about it.Timmy I know that you are in a better place and smiling from ear to ear looking down on us. From me and my family, May the lord bless you and keep you. May the light of his face shine upon you and give you his peace. (Numbers 6.)

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Grant Family,
You know when I first saw Tim's name in the obituary, I prayed hard that it was not our Tim (MUSC Library). I called my sister to confirm, however never got confirmation but read another guest book entry and realize that it was our Tim. I got to know Time during his time at Xerox working on our copy machines. He always had a smile and positive word for you. He talked about family with love and pride. He was a great person and I am so happy and honored that I got a chance to meet and converse with him. I know he will definitely be missed. I pray for the Grant family for all the blessings, strength and comfort to you during this difficult time. I will keep you all in my prayers not only now but in the future. Tim's death only proves that God only takes the best. May peace be with all of you. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

To Pammy Grant & Children;
I am deeply sorry to hear of your loss. Timmy was a great man to all. I am giving you this as comfort and to think of him always:
When I must Leave You:
When I must leave you for a little while
Please do not grieve and shed wild tears
and hug your sorrow to you through the years.
But start out bravely with a gallant smile;
And for my sake and in my name
Live on & do all things the same,
Feed not your loneliness on empty days,
But fill each waking hour in useful ways,
Reach out your hand in comfort and cheer
And I in turn will comfort you & hold you near;
And never, never be afraid to die.
For I am waiting for you in the sky!
May God Bless you & your family.
