Thomas Sanders Obituary

Thomas Sanders N. Charleston - Thomas Charles Sanders (Retired M/SGT) North Charleston, SC. Tom was born December 22, 1924 in Anderson, SC. Mr. Sanders is a World War II and Korean War Veteran. He proudly served in the US Air Force until retirement in 1967. He also retired from Mescon Flooring. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 401, the Scottish Rights and Omar Shriners Keystone Kops. Mr. Sanders was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years Marjorie. He is survived by his wife Rose Mary Youmans Sanders, his children Deborah Travis (Joe), Kaye Garris (Wendell), Charles Sanders Jr. (Sheri), and Denise Youmans. He leaves many cherished memories to his 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren. May he rest in peace. The family will receive friends, Friday May 25, 2018 from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life Service in the chapel at 12:00 PM, entombment to immediately follow at Carolina Memorial Park Mausoleum with Air Force Military Honors.
